In the autumn of 2023, I worked on an exciting project commissioned by the UEFA Academy. The UEFA Academy is an educational platform that leverages UEFA’s extensive experience and a team of world-renowned experts to advance football by nurturing the growth of individuals and organizations.

 

The project aimed to investigate customer and consumer insights, focusing on customer behavior, preferences, and expectations to understand the decision-influencing factors. By conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, myself and workmates sought to provide the UEFA Academy with actionable strategic advice to enhance customer engagement and improve service offerings.

 

Through our research, we aimed to offer insights that would help the UEFA Academy refine its strategic decision-making process and contribute to its ongoing success. This project was a great opportunity to apply research and analytical skills to support the advancement of football education.
